What types of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family units, and small apartment communities for local and out-of-state owners.
How do you screen tenants?
We perform comprehensive background checks, including credit, income verification, rental history, and nationwide eviction and criminal screening.
How quickly can you rent my property?
Most properties are leased within 4–6 weeks depending on market conditions, pricing, and property readiness.
How do you handle maintenance and repairs?
We coordinate all maintenance requests through our 24/7 maintenance system, using trusted vendors. Owners are notified and must approve larger repairs (typically anything $500).
What are your management fees?
10% of collected rent or $50, whichever is greater.
How often do I get paid?
Owner disbursements are sent monthly, typically between the 15th, after rent collection and any expenses are reconciled. The only delay is if the tenant is late paying their rent.
What happens if a tenant doesn’t pay rent?
We handle all late notices, communication, and if necessary, eviction filings in compliance with local laws.
How do you market my property?
We use major listing sites (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.), social media, and local MLS exposure to attract qualified tenants fast.
Can I see my financials online?
